Scheduling for Webex

    In order to complete Webex bookings, you must first have your own Webex license. If you do not currently have a Webex license, please email info.virtualcare@nlchi.nl.ca to request a Virtual Care Application form. Follow the instructions on the application form to gain access.

Scheduling for Zoom for Healthcare

    • In order for schedulers to complete Zoom for Healthcare bookings, schedulers must first have their own Zoom for Healthcare license. If you do not currently have a Zoom for Healthcare license please email

Scheduling for eDOCSNL-EMR Med Access

    To use the Virtual Visit functionality in Med Access, users must engage with the vendor to activate this feature and pay an additional monthly fee. Once the feature is enabled, virtual visits can be booked directly on the normal Med Access schedule by simply indicating that an appointment type is able to be completed virtually (Telus and/or NLCHI can provide support with this). If you would like to enable virtual visits in your EMR, please contact the Telus service desk at 1-888-781-5553.
